Cause for Celebration: Anthony Robles

As part of our Cause for Celebration series presented by PNC, we are highlighting the triumphs of athletes with disabilities who continue to redefine excellence in sport. This week, we celebrate Anthony Robles.

Anthony didn’t just compete in wrestling, he changed what people thought was possible on the mat. Competing on one leg, he became a three-time All-American, a three-time Pac-10 champion, and finished his college career 36–0, culminating in an NCAA Division I national championship in 2011.

His story later inspired the film Unstoppable, bringing his journey from the wrestling mat to audiences around the world. Today, we celebrate a champion whose grit, confidence, and relentless work ethic continue to inspire
