Awards Ceremony
USATF 4 Mile Open Awards Ceremony
9:15 AM | CEFCU Center Stage (Adjacent to the Post Race Party)
The USATF 4 Mile Open Awards Ceremony will begin at 9:15 AM at CEFCU Center Stage.
USATF Open athletes will be awarded their prize money in the form of checks at this ceremony. If you are competing in the USATF 4 Mile Open or USATF 4 Mile Masters you must be registered through USATF to qualify for prize money.
Overall & Special Division Awards
9:30 AM | CEFCU Center Stage (Adjacent to the Post Race Party)
Awards for the following divisions will be presented beginning at 9:30 AM at the CEFCU Center Stage Awards Ceremony:
Top 3 Overall Women’s 4 Mile Finishers
Top 3 Overall Men’s 4 Mile Finishers
Masters 4 Mile Finishers
Wheelchair Division Finishers
USATF 4 Mile Masters athletes, 4 Mile Wheelchair athletes, and Citizen 15K athletes will be awarded their prize money in the week following the race upon the completion and submission of a W-9.
USATF Masters Awards Ceremony
10:00 AM | Under the Gateway Building (Adjacent to the CEFCU Center Stage)
The USATF Masters Awards Ceremony will take place separately under the Gateway Building beginning at 10:00 AM.
USATF 4 Mile Masters athletes, 4 Mile Wheelchair athletes, and Citizen 15K athletes will be awarded their prize money in the week following the race upon the completion and submission of a W-9. If you are competing in the USATF 4 Mile Open or USATF 4 Mile Masters you must be registered through USATF to qualify for prize money.
Age Group Awards Pickup
All age group awards will be available for pickup at the Awards Table located under the Gateway Building.
Please note:
Only one award will be given per participant.
Participants receiving an overall award are not eligible for an additional age group award.
Awards Table
Citizen age group awards for the 4 mile and 15K will not be part of the formal Awards Ceremony at CEFCU Center Stage. These awards can be picked up beginning at 9:30 a.m. (or as results are finalized) at the awards table located under the Gateway Building.
USATF Prize Money
USATF 4 Mile Open Prize Money
*TO QUALIFY FOR PRIZE MONEY AND TRAVEL STIPENDS YOU MUST APPLY AND BE REGISTERED THROUGH THE USATF. APPLY HERE. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CODE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO REGISTER THROUGH USATF.
1st Place Women and Men - $6,000 plus $500 travel stipend
2nd Place Women and Men - $4,000 plus $500 travel stipend
3rd Place Women and Men - $3,000 plus $500 travel stipend
4th Place Women and Men - $2,000 plus $500 travel stipend
5th Place Women and Men - $1,500 plus $500 travel stipend
6th Place Women and Men - $1,200 plus $250 travel stipend
7th Place Women and Men - $1,000 plus $250 travel stipend
8th Place Women and Men - $900 plus $250 travel stipend
9th Place Women and Men - $800 plus $250 travel stipend
10th Place Women and Men - $600 plus $250 travel stipend
11th -15th Place Women and Men - $250 travel stipend
Additional Prize Money
The first woman and first man to reach the 2 mile mark will be awarded $1,000 (provided they also finish in the top 10). In addition, if they are the first to reach the 2 mile and go on to win overall in the male or female division, they will earn an additional $1,000. We are also offering a $2,000 bonus for any athlete who sets a new 4 Mile American Record.
